Your home page is one of the most important parts of your website. OfferingTree provides multiple home page templates that you can choose from, and each one can be customized to fit your brand and desired aesthetic.
Updating your website's "front door" is simple with OfferingTree. You can either make direct updates to your live site or build a "draft" page in the background to ensure your new look is perfect before launching.
Edit Your HomePage
If you just want to make a few quick tweaks to your existing site, follow these steps:
From your dashboard, navigate to the Pages section.
Locate the page labeled as your "Home Page."
Click on the three dots in line with the page title, then the Edit icon to open the website builder.
Scroll through the different sections of your page and edit as you please. You can apply changes to text, images, or layout.
Once you are happy with the updates, save your work to apply the changes to your live site immediately.

Change (Swap/Replace) Your Homepage
If you have designed a brand-new page and want it to replace your current homepage, follow these steps:
Go Pages within Website in your dashboard.
Find the row currently designated as your active home page (it is always at the top).
Click the three dots to open up a drop down menu.
Choose "Use another page as the homepage" from the dropdown menu.
In the popup menu, select the title of the new page (e.g., Ivory Rouge Home 2).
Click Set as New Homepage to push the changes live.
Your Home Page will be instantly replaced by the selected page.
The old home page will still exist as a drafted page at the end of the list.
Tips & Notes
- Duplicate or Create New Page: If you don't already have a page that you want to make your homepage, you can create a page by either duplicating your homepage or creating a new page by pressing the Create Page button.
- Work in Draft Mode: If you want to create a new feel but aren't ready to edit "in real life," use the Duplicate feature. This lets you play with colors and flow without saving changes to your live site until you are 100% sure.
- Keep working on your site: Now that you have a new page, you can start editing that page until it's ready to become your new homepage. - Launch first: If you want to get your site launched quickly, don't let perfection stand in your way. You can launch with one of our default templates and then work at your own pace to update a draft of your home page. Then when you're ready to launch your new home page, it's as easy as pressing a button.
Automatic Backups: When you set a new homepage, your old one won't disappear. It is automatically saved at the bottom of your pages list.
Instant Revert: If you decide the new design isn't working, you can swap it back to your old homepage at any time.
Organization: Keep your dashboard tidy by naming your draft pages clearly (e.g., "Home - New Design 2026").
