Your Memberships and Packages page (often called your Pricing Page) is where visitors make the decision to commit to your business. Making a few strategic adjustments to layout, order, and details can help increase sales by 20% to 30%.
Follow this guide to learn how to optimize your offerings in just a few minutes—no design or coding skills required.
1. Reorder Your Packages and Memberships
Placing your most premium offers first anchors higher value in your clients' minds and drives more sales toward your top-tier options.
Go to your Admin Dashboard.
Navigate to your Packages or Memberships settings.
-
Click and drag your offerings to reorder them:
Put your premium/annual memberships first to increase high-value conversions.
Place intro offers near the top so new visitors can easily find low-barrier entry options.
Order class packs strategically (e.g., placing a 20-class pack before a 10-class pack) to highlight the best overall value for the client.
2. Use Benefit-Driven Titles
Instead of basic titles, add the primary benefit directly into the name of your offer so clients instantly see the value without needing to click for details.
Standard Title: Annual Membership
Optimized Title: Annual Membership (Get 2 Months Free!) or Annual Membership (12 Months for the Price of 10)
3. Highlight Your Intro Offer with Banners & Featured Cards
Make it effortless for first-time visitors to claim your trial or introductory pass.
Go to the page editor for your Memberships and Packages page.
Add a Call-to-Action (CTA) Banner at the top of the page promoting your Intro Offer.
Choose a Single Card Layout option to display the details of your intro offer prominently above the rest of your packages.
4. Add an Objection-Busting FAQ Section
Answering common questions directly on your pricing page eliminates doubts and speeds up the booking process.
Scroll to the bottom of your page editor and add an FAQ Section Block (you can use pre-made templates or build custom ones with Sprout).
-
Include answers to common buyer questions, such as:
Cancellation policies and pause options.
Accepted payment options.
Guest pass details.
Pro Tip: You can also link clients directly to this FAQ section whenever they reach out with booking questions!
5. Include Gift Cards & Rename Your Page
Many clients look for all purchasing options in one place.
Add a Gift Card Section: Insert a dedicated section on the same page to sell gift cards alongside your passes.
Rename the Page: Consider changing the page name from "Memberships & Packages" to "Pricing" so clients immediately recognize where to buy everything you offer.
