Important Notes for Network Solutions:
- Network Solutions Interface: Network Solutions' interface might vary slightly depending on your account type. If you have trouble finding the correct settings, consult their help documentation or contact their support.
- Advanced DNS: You must be using the advanced DNS settings to add the CNAME and A records. If you only see basic settings, look for an option to switch to advanced DNS management.
- Propagation: After saving your DNS changes, it can take some time for them to propagate across the internet. Be patient.
- Contact OfferingTree: It's essential to contact OfferingTree after making the DNS changes so we can complete the setup.
- Support: If you have any trouble, contact Network Solutions' customer support for assistance. They are the best resource for questions about their specific interface.
- Root Domain: The "@" symbol often represents your root domain (e.g.,
yourdomain.com). Some providers might use a different way to indicate the root domain, so check their documentation or contact support if you're not sure.
