Use your existing Turbify domain on OfferingTree

You can use a domain that you purchased on Turbify and point it to your OfferingTree site by editing the DNS settings of the domain. By pointing the domain to OfferingTree, you will maintain ownership and management of the domain and will need to continue paying the basic domain renewal fees to Turbify. This is usually the quickest way to get going and gives you the most control over the domain.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to your Turbify Domain Control Panel: Log in to your Turbify account and navigate to the Domain Control Panel for the domain you wish to connect.

2. Add/Edit DNS Records: Locate the section for managing A and CNAME records (often labeled "DNS Records," "Advanced DNS," or similar). Click the "Add" link or find the existing records to edit.
   

3. WWW CNAME Record:

   • If a CNAME for www exists: Edit the existing CNAME record for "www."
   • If a CNAME for www doesn't exist: Add a new CNAME record.
   • Source/Host: www
   • Destination/Value/Points to: customdomains.offeringtree.com
     

4. @ A Record (for your root domain):

   • If an A record for @ exists: Edit the existing A record for @ or your root domain (e.g., yourdomain.com).
   • If an A record for @ doesn't exist: Add a new A record.
   • Source/Host: @ (or your root domain)
   • Destination/Value/Points to: 35.209.110.2

5. Save Changes: Save the changes to your DNS records.

6. Contact OfferingTree: Email us at support@offeringtree.com to let us know you've completed these steps. We'll then finalize the connection on our end. Please allow up to 24 hours for the DNS changes to propagate.
