Offerings are the core services of your business (such as classes, sessions, and workshops) that clients can book directly or through appointments.
Create Your Offering
Find offerings under the Offerings tab.
Click the Create an Offering button.

Select an existing Offering Category (e.g., Yoga, Pilates, Private Sessions). If you do not have one, select Other to create a new category name
Enter the Title of your offering.
Choose an Offering image from your own photos or from the stock photos available.

Fill in the Description details. It is recommended to include:
Who the offering is best for.
The benefits clients will receive.

Details such as session duration or FAQs/Terms & Conditions.

(Optional) Format your text or add media:
Highlight text to adjust text type (headers, paragraphs, body), alignment (left, centered, right), add links, or apply bold/italics.
You can add Images, Video and Audio files, and embed Media Files to your description, too.

You have the option to make this offering available as an appointment, too, other than scheduling to your weekly schedule.
Enter the Price and set your currency.
Search Engine Indexing toggle: Turn this off to keep this offering and its classes out of Google and other search engines. The pages stay reachable by link.

Color Setting: Your offering can have a color that will show up on your schedule.
Click Create Offering to save.
Schedule Your Offering or Set Up Appointments
Once created, a prompt will appear allowing you to set up appointments, include the offering in a package/membership, or schedule it directly.
To add it to your schedule:
Click Schedule your offering. This will open up a pop-up window asking if you want to schedule it as a single event or an event series.
Select Schedule Offering and choose your newly created offering. If you start from the offering site, it will automatically choose the offering you started to schedule.
Set the date, time, duration, time zone, and recurring options as needed.
You have the option to override the Offering Title and Description. This is useful if you have similar classes with a few title or description changes, like Level 1 and Level 2, or multiple workshops with different titles.
Click Schedule to publish the event to your calendar.

To add it as an appointment:
- Make sure that you have chosen the Appointment option
- A pop-up window will open with the appointment scheduling feature.
- Manage duration, setup and cleanup times, advanced notices for your appointment.
- Choose staff members if available on your plan and their main or custom schedule.
- Add location or online options.
- Set up registration settings with waiver and phone number requirements and post registration links and notifications.
- Manage payment settings for this appointment based offerings like membership and package acceptance, cancellation policies and more.
- Save after your settings.

Manage and Share Your Offering
Open the scheduled event, click Share, and copy the direct link to send to prospective clients.
From the main Offerings tab, toggle your offering between Published (visible to clients) and Unpublished (hidden while you make updates).
Click the actions menu on any offering card to edit details, adjust schedule settings, share links, or delete the offering entirely.
Filter your offerings based on their status: Published, Unpublished, All, Trash
