Accessing the Check-In Screen
You have a few convenient ways to access the check-in screen:
- From the Class Roster or Schedule: Once a client signs up for a class, the check-in screen icon will appear on the far right side of your screen, next to the registration reports icon. Clicking this icon will display your class roster, showing all clients who have pre-booked their session.
- Directly from the Top Navigation Bar: For quick access, simply click the clipboard icon on your top navigation bar. This will take you directly to the check-in screen.
How Clients Check In
When your clients arrive at the studio, they'll simply click "Check In" next to their name on the screen.
If a client hasn't yet paid for their session, they'll be prompted to finalize payment at the front desk.
After a Session
Once a session is completed, the system will automatically move to the next session on the schedule. If you need to view a different class roster, use the "Previous" or "Next" icons at the very bottom of the screen.
Setting Staff Permissions for Check-In Access
To allow your staff to access the self check-in screen, you'll need to update their staff permissions:
- Go to the Staff Portal, located on the bottom left side of your software.
- Click into "Manage Roles."
- Choose one of the following:
- Click "Edit Roles" if you're updating an existing staff role.
- Click "Create Staff Role" if you're creating a new role.
- Toggle the switch to the right for "Access check-in screen."
- Hit "Save."
Your staff will now have permission to access the client self check-in screen from the class roster and the top navigation bar.
