ClassPass is a subscription fitness platform that connects millions of active members with studios and wellness businesses like yours. By integrating OfferingTree with ClassPass, your classes will automatically appear on the ClassPass platform — helping you fill open spots and reach new clients.
Before You Begin
This integration requires an active ClassPass partnership. If you're not yet a ClassPass partner, visit classpass.com/partners to apply. Once approved, you'll work with a ClassPass onboarding contact to complete the setup — and you'll need a few pieces of information from OfferingTree to share with them.
Step 1: Enable the Integration
- In your OfferingTree dashboard, go to Business Settings → App Integrations
- Click the ClassPass tab
- Toggle ClassPass Integration to Enabled
Step 2: Collect Your IDs
Once enabled, you'll see two types of IDs to share with ClassPass:
- Partner ID — A unique identifier for your OfferingTree account. You'll find this in the Partner ID section. Click the copy icon to copy it to your clipboard.
- Venue ID(s) — Each physical location you want listed on ClassPass has its own Venue ID. In the Locations section, check the box next to each location you want to make available, then copy the Venue ID displayed to the right of that location.
Note: Only checked locations will be shared with ClassPass. If you have multiple locations, you can choose to list some and not others.
Step 3: Configure Booking Options
Under Booking Options, you can toggle whether to include online/virtual events in your ClassPass listings. Enable this if you offer virtual classes and want them discoverable on ClassPass.
Step 4: Share Your IDs with ClassPass
Log in to your ClassPass Partner Dashboard and go to Support → Contact Us. From there, the process depends on your situation:
If you're integrating with ClassPass for the first time:
- How can we help? → Select "I need help with third-party schedule integrator"
- Tell us more → Select "I need to integrate ClassPass with my third-party scheduling system"
- What's the name of your current platform? → Select "OfferingTree"
- Anything else you'd like us to know? → Paste your Partner ID and Venue ID(s)
If you're switching to OfferingTree from another platform:
- How can we help? → Select "I need help with third-party schedule integrator"
- Tell us more → Select "I'm switching my scheduling platform"
- Current Scheduling Platform → Select your previous platform
- New Scheduling Platform → Select "OfferingTree"
- Anything else you'd like us to know? → Paste your Partner ID and Venue ID(s)
ClassPass's team will complete the connection on their end before your listings go live.
Step 5: Save Your Settings
Once you've configured your locations and booking options, click Save Settings at the bottom of the page.
Things to Know
- ClassPass bookings will appear in your OfferingTree schedule automatically once the integration is live
- Clients book and cancel through ClassPass directly — they cannot manage ClassPass bookings through your OfferingTree booking page
- Payments from ClassPass are handled directly between you and ClassPass, not through OfferingTree
Finding and converting your ClassPass clients
Every contact who books through ClassPass is automatically given a ClassPass tag, so you can find them and build campaigns to turn them into members or package holders.
To build a segment of ClassPass visitors who haven't bought anything yet, go to Contacts → Segments, create a segment, and add these conditions:
- Contact Tag has the tag ClassPass
- Number of active memberships is equal to 0
- Number of active packages is equal to 0
You can then point an automation at that segment using the Contact enters a segment trigger — for example, offering an intro package a few days after their first ClassPass class.
These ClassPass conditions are also available anywhere you build segments or automation conditions:
- Number of ClassPass bookings — how many times they've booked through ClassPass. Can be limited to a time window, so you can find clients with no ClassPass visits in the past month
- First ClassPass booking date / Most recent ClassPass booking date — when they first found you through ClassPass, and when they last came in
- Booked via ClassPass? — available in Advanced Conditions under the Registers for an event/series and Checks-in for an event/series triggers, to target or skip ClassPass bookings
