If you operate your studio across multiple sites, keeping your addresses organized is key to a smooth booking experience. The Locations tab centralizes your physical spaces, ensuring consistency across your schedule and preventing common errors like misspellings or duplicate entries.
Accessing Location Settings
To manage your location list, navigate to your Business Settings and select the last Locations tab. From here, you can view your current list, add new entries, or clean up existing ones.
Adding a New Location
Navigate to Business Settings > Locations.
Click the Add Location button.
Enter the name and full address of your facility.
Save your changes to make this location available in your scheduling dropdowns.
Setting a location as default will make that the default for new events that are created.
Editing or Deleting Locations
To Edit: Click on an existing location to update its name or address.
To Delete: Select the location and choose the delete option.
Note: Deleting a location is permanent. Ensure no upcoming classes are currently tied to that location before removing it.
Merging Duplicate Locations
If you find you have multiple entries for the same spot (e.g., "Main Studio" and "Main St. Studio"), you can merge them into one primary record.
Select the duplicate location you wish to remove.
Choose the Merge option.
Select the Target Location (the one you want to keep).
Confirm the merge.
Warning: Merging is permanent. Once combined, the old location record is deleted and cannot be recovered.
Using Locations in Your Schedule
Once your locations are set up in Business Settings, they become available when you create or edit your appointments and classes.
Quick Swap: When setting up a scheduled event, simply select the correct site from your pre-populated list.
Add on the Fly: You can also add a brand-new location directly from the scheduling screen if you haven't added it to your settings yet.
Pro-Tips:
Check Your Schedule: Editing a location’s details in "Business Settings" does not automatically update existing events on your calendar. After making a change, manually verify that your upcoming classes reflect the correct address.
Consistency is Key: Use a standard naming convention (e.g., "North Branch - Room A") to keep your list easy to read for both staff and clients.
Prevent Overwhelm: Periodically audit your list and merge duplicates to keep your dropdown menus clean and professional.
