You can add your entire schedule with a few clicks to any custom page on your website with the Schedule Block. Select the default schedule view to show as well as other settings to change the look of the schedule on your page.
To get started, click the "+" icon on the page on which you want to show the schedule. Then select the schedule block.
This will add the schedule to your page. Note, while editing the page the actual events/classes on the schedule will not show. Also the clicking of controls is disabled. This will all work on the public page.
To edit the block click on the block to highlight it and then click the edit pencil. This brings up a number of options to customize the look of the schedule.
You can customize the following:
- The schedule view to show by default when the page first loads. There are three options, Upcoming Events, Events by Week and Events by Day. Choose the schedule view that makes the most sense. For those teaching only a few things a week the Upcoming Events view may be best, but for busier studio with many events/classes, the weekly or day view may be most appropriate.
- The next input changes the number of upcoming event in the "Upcoming Events" view or the number of days to show in the weekly or daily view
- If you don't want your clients to see the view picker and be able to change the schedule view they see, toggle on the "Hide view selector"
- The filter button allows filtering the schedule by Offerings, Category or Staff (if you are on a studio plan). This can be helpful for your clients to narrow down what is show to what they are interested in. You can hide this filter button by toggling on the "Hide filter button" toggle
- The rest of the options are for padding.
That's it. Save the page and view it on your public site.
