Control Guest Registration Settings

OfferingTree has introduced powerful new guest registration features that give studio owners more control over how clients add guests to sessions while improving guest tracking capabilities. 

Available for Pro Plan and higher.

What's New?

Studio owners can now customize their guest registration settings with two key options:

1. Allow or Disable Guest Registration
Control whether clients can add guests when registering for sessions

2. Email Requirements for Guests
Decide if guest email addresses are mandatory or optional

How to Configure Guest Registration Settings

Navigate to your Business Settings and locate the Guest Registrations section to access these new controls.

Options:

• Allow guests - Toggle this on or off to control whether clients can bring guests
• Require email addresses - When enabled, clients must provide a valid email for each guest before completing registration

Improved Guest Information Collection

When registering themselves or others for a session, clients now have enhanced fields for guest details

New Guest Fields:

• First Name (separate field)
• Last Name (separate field)
• Email Address (required if you've enabled this setting)

Previously: Guests were tracked with only a single name field, making it difficult to maintain organized records.

Now: Separate first and last name fields provide clearer tracking and more professional guest management.

⚠️ Important: If a client attempts to register a guest without providing a valid email address (when required), the system will prevent them from completing the registration until a valid email is entered.

This ensures your guest database remains complete and accurate for communication purposes.
