We’ve made it easier than ever for your clients to manage group bookings. Our updated registration flow ensures there is zero confusion about who is already signed up for a session and who still needs to be added.
Step 1: Registering the Primary Account Holder
When a client logs in to book a class, the process is seamless:
Find the desired class on the schedule and click Register.
The top section will clearly display the session name, date, time, and the name of the person currently signed in.
Select a membership, package, or single-class pass.
By default, the logged-in user is selected. Previous guests will also appear in this list for quick selection.
Click through the order summary to finalize the booking.
Step 2: Adding a Guest to the Same Session
If a client decides to bring a friend later, the system prevents duplicate bookings by showing real-time status updates:
Navigate back to the same session on the schedule and clicks Register.
Select payment method. Here's an article on how to register a guest with a package or membership.
Under the "Who’s Attending" section, the primary account holder will have a tick next to their name with a label stating "Already Registered."

Then select a previous guest from the list or add a new one.
Note: The system knows the primary holder is already booked, so it will only charge for the additional guest being added.
Review the order summary to ensure the guest's name is listed, then click Register.
Managing and Canceling Registrations
Clients can view and manage all bookings—both for themselves and their guests—directly from their profile.
To View: Go to the Registrations section of the account. Both the primary user and the guest will be listed as separate line items for that session.
To Cancel: 1. Click View Registration next to the specific person you wish to remove. 2. Scroll down and select Cancel Registration. 3. You can cancel the primary user's spot while keeping the guest's spot active, or vice-versa.
Pro Tip: The "Who's Attending" section remembers previous guest details, making it a one-click process to add family or friends for future sessions!
