Occasionally, you may have duplicate contacts with different email addresses that belong to the same customer. You can choose to merge the two. To do this, first, navigate to the contact detail page of the contact that needs to be merged (the source contact). Next, click "More Actions" and "Merge Contacts". You can then search for the contact you would like to merge this into (the destination contact) and finally merge the two.

Please be sure to exercise caution when doing this as the destination contact will have access to everything that the source contact had.
