If you need to take away or add package credits for a purchased package or adjust the expiration date of the package, you've come to the right place. You may need to do this if someone didn't have a chance to use their package before class and you need to redeem a credit for them, or you would like to refund a credit usage.
To get started, please navigate to the purchased package detail screen. If you're not sure how to do that, follow this help article.
Refunding a Credit
Once you're on the purchased package detail page, press the "Usage History" tab to see all the usages of the purchased package. Find the usage you'd like to refund and press the "refund" button.
You can also refund a usage from the "Roster" page. That is detailed in this help article.
Adjust Credits or Expiration Date of a Package
To adjust the credits of a purchased package or change its expiration date, press the "Adjust Package Credits or Expiration" button. This brings up a pop-up that allows you to adjust the number of remaining credits and add a note for the adjustment, and optionally change the expiration date.
