Refunding a Package
To refund a payment for a package, first, go to the package detail page and find the purchased package that you would like to refund. Click on the details of that package.
From this detail page, you can view all the information about the purchased package, include the payment information, and where it has been used.
You can click the "Refund" link to refund the payment. Note that partial refunds are currently not supported from this interface at this time. To issue a partial refund, please go to your Stripe dashboard to find and refund the payment.
Refunding a Registration From a Package
If a client or student registered for an offering with a package they purchased, you can refund that package just like you would refund a registration payment made by a credit card. Visit the "Roster" page under the "Manage Schedule" section and select the row for the corresponding scheduled offering or appointment. A pop-up displays with details of the registration(s) and a "Manage" button to further manage the registration. If you press "Manage", another pop-up shows up, giving you options to cancel the registration or just refund the package usage or payment.
