To view packages that have been purchased, go to the "Packages" page under "Payments". Press the "Details" icon in the corresponding row of the package you want to view.
View Purchased Packages
Once you press the "Details" icon, you can see the details of how many packages were purchased, how much revenue you have received in total, and a table of all the purchased packages. The purchased packages table includes the date of purchase, the name and email of the person who purchased the package, the number of credits remaining on the package, the revenue collected from the package, payment status and more details on a particular package purchase. The revenue collected equals the package price less any processing fees and refunds associated with the payment.
View Purchased Package Details
If you click on the "Details" icon for a particular purchased package you will see the details and usage of that package. This page shows the payment for the package as well as a "usage history" table. This table shows all the times this package was used and gives you the ability to refund a usage of the package (gives the credit back and increments the remaining credits by one). You can also take away credits from a package by pressing the "Adjust Package Credits" button. We have a separate help article on how to that works.
