- From the "Roster" section of your site, click on the event/class that you would like to send a message to.
- Click "Send a Message"
- This will open up the message compose screen. From the screen, you can compose your message, add images, buttons as well as attachments. Please see our help article on creating newsletters to learn how to customize your email content.
- You can choose to send your message right away, or schedule it for some time in the future.
If your message is scheduled for the future, any clients that register for the event before the message is scheduled to go out will be automatically included in the recipient list. This feature can be used to schedule a series of emails to the entire class roster on a given schedule, or even send out pre-event materials to the class just before a class is about the begin.
