Upgrade your communication with clients by using your own custom domain email address (e.g., yourname@yourstudio.com) for OfferingTree emails. Keep your communication clear and consistent by using your familiar domain.
It's easy to set up!
- Add your email address: From the "Business Settings -> Email Settings", click the button to "Setup Your Email Domain". Enter the email address that you would like to use. This should be an email on a domain that you already own and that is already setup to receive emails.
- Configure your domain: You'll be provided with DNS records that must be added to your domain provider account. If your domain was purchased through OfferingTree, contact us at support@offeringtree.com, and we'll add these for you.
- Verify your DNS records: Once the domain records have been added, click "Verify DNS Records" to validate them
- We handle the rest: Once verified, you can activate the email and OfferingTree will start securely sending emails like registration confirmations, purchase receipts, roster, and newsletter emails directly from your studio's email address.

Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance (DMARC)
For even stronger email security, consider DMARC (optional):
While not required for OfferingTree emails, some email providers use DMARC to decide whether to deliver emails. DMARC helps prevent email spoofing, which is when someone fakes their email address to make it look like it's coming from you.
Setting up DMARC is easy!
If you don't already have a DMARC record, we recommend using the following:
Type: TXT
Host: _dmarc
Value: v=DMARC1; p=none;
If you need help our support team is happy to assist. Just email us at support@offeringtree.com with:

With this information, we can guide you through the steps of setting this up for your domain.
