Need to reschedule a client for a different class? It's easy! You can move their registration and payment to the new class in just a few steps. Follow the instructions below.
Step 1: Click Move Attendee
Find the attendee that you would like to move and under "Actions", select "Move Attendee".
Step 2: Find the class to move them to
You will then be presented with a screen that allows you to search for the class to move them to. You can filter this by the date of the class as well as the offering. Click on the class that you would like to move them to.
Step 3: Confirm the move
And that is it. Once you confirm the move, the attendee will be moved to the new class and they will get an email confirming that they are registered for that new class. The method of payment that they used will also automatically move to that new class
Notes:
- If the original class was paid for by credit/debit card, the payment description will still show the old class name.
- If the attendee was on the waitlist for the previous class, they will be on the waitlist for the new class as well, an you can choose to promote them to the active roster.
