This built-in automation is designed to streamline your customer service process by automatically sending email reminders when a client's package credits are running low. This helps you proactively engage with your clients and encourage them to purchase additional packages.
How it Works
- Trigger: The automation is triggered when a client purchases a package. You can customize it to apply to specific packages or all packages.
- Credit Check: The automation checks if the package has more than 2 credits. If not, the client exits the automation as they're already low on credits.
- Waiting Period: For packages with more than 2 credits, the automation waits until the credit count drops to 2. You can customize this threshold, for example to send a reminder when their package reaches 4 credits.
- Email Notification: Once the credit threshold is reached, an email is sent to the client informing them about the low credit balance and encouraging them to purchase additional packages. You can customize the contents of this email.
- Automation Exit: After the email is sent, the client exits the automation.
Note: This automation can run multiple times for a single client if they purchase multiple packages.

This built-in automation is free and doesn't use up your automation quota. You can edit the contents of any emails that are sent out, or tweak the conditions, but you can't add new steps to it. To fully customize this automation, duplicate this one to create a new, editable version. Duplicated automations will count against your automation quota.
