This built-in automation sends email reminders to your customers a few days before their purchased packages expire.
How does it work?

Trigger:
- A customer purchases any package.
- You can filter this to specific packages if needed.
- You can add additional triggers to this automation as well.

Waiting Period:
- The system waits until 5 days before the package expiration date.
- You can adjust this waiting period to be sooner or later.

Credit Check:
- The system checks if the customer has remaining credits in the package.
- If no credits remain, the automation ends.

Email Notification:
- If credits remain, an email is sent to the customer:
- Informing them about the upcoming expiration.
- Showing the number of remaining credits.
- You can customize the content of this email.
- If credits remain, an email is sent to the customer:
Key Points:
- Customers can enter this automation multiple times for each package they purchase.
- Reminder emails will be sent for every eligible package.

This built-in automation is free and doesn't use up your automation quota. You can edit the contents of any emails that are sent out, or tweak the conditions, but you can't add new steps to it. To fully customize this automation, duplicate this one to create a new, editable version. Duplicated automations will count against your automation quota.
