How does it work?
- Trigger: The automation is triggered whenever a client purchases a membership.
- Long-term memberships:
- For memberships with a renewal period of five months or longer, the automation sends:
- A reminder one month before the renewal date.
- A reminder two days before the renewal date.

- For memberships with a renewal period of five months or longer, the automation sends:
- Short-term memberships:
- For memberships with a renewal period of less than six months, the automation sends a reminder two days before the renewal date.

This built-in automation is free and doesn't use up your automation quota. You can edit the contents of any emails that are sent out, or tweak the conditions, but you can't add new steps to it. To fully customize this automation, duplicate this one to create a new, editable version. Duplicated automations will count against your automation quota.
