When does Stripe transfer money to my account

If you use our integration with Stripe to collect payments on your OfferingTree site, Stripe will handle transferring money out to you periodically. The first time you receive a payment, it may take 7-14 days to receive your first payout. This is so that Stripe can establish a connection with your bank and ensure that everything is set up correctly. After you receive your first payout, the transfers will have much quicker.

You can review your current balance and upcoming payouts, including their expected dates, by signing in to your Stripe dashboard at https://dashboard.stripe.com/.

Note: If you manage multiple Stripe accounts, verify you're viewing the correct sub-account for your OfferingTree site. Use the account selector in the top-left corner to switch.
