OfferingTree's Community sends notifications to Studio Plan holders when there's activity in the community. Notification preferences can be set to stop email or dashboard notifications.
Log into the community from your dashboard, found under the bell icon.
Go to profile avatar (top right) → Preferences
Under the Emails tab, there are settings of 'Never', 'Always', 'Only When Away' for:
- Personal message email notifications
- Emails when being quoted, replied to or mentioned
- Option to include previous replies within the email
- Email notifications for chat direct or group messages
- Activity Summery email sent periodically (every 30 mins, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, six monthly)
Under Notifications tab, there are options to change settings for dashboard and community notifications:
- First posts and likes
- Live Notifications
- Notification schedule by selecting specific days and times of days to allow notifications
- When a topic that is watched or tracked is solved.
When updating any of these settings, make sure you press Save Changes.
