Embed an Event or Event Series on another site

OfferingTree provides you with your own website that has everything you need to run a successful wellness business. However, you may already have a website you're happy with or prefer another website platform but would still like help with selling memberships and packages as well as all the other great scheduling, registration, and client communication tools OfferingTree provides. For this case, OfferingTree provides a way to embed parts of the OfferingTree service into your existing website.

You can choose to embed your entire schedule on your existing site or embed individual events or event series.

Embed an Event Series

To embed an event series on your site, first edit the series:

Next, click the "Share or Embed" button.

This brings up a window with a link to share the event series, as well as instructions on how to embed the public event series page on your website. The html code is created for you and all you need to do is copy it by pressing the "Copy to clipboard" button (see below). 

Each website provider has different ways to embed content. So please refer to the documentation of your website provider for instructions on this. We've linked to a few popular ones below:

Embed a single Event

The steps to embed a single event are very similar. First, go to your "Schedule" page and locate the event you would like to embed. You may need to navigate between weeks to find the correct event. Once you have located the event, click the "Share" button.

This brings up a window with a link to share the event, as well as instructions on how to embed the public event page on your website. The html code is created for you and all you need to do is copy it by pressing the "Copy to clipboard" button.
