How do I access the Zoom meetings that are automatically created?

If you choose to have OfferingTree create Zoom meetings for you, we generate Zoom meetings on your account that you can join from your OfferingTree schedule.

If you open up the "Attendees" for your class, you will see a "Start Zoom Meeting" button that allows you to start the meeting as the host of the Zoom meeting. Additionally, you can copy the participant Zoom link from this page if you need to share that with anyone.

In most cases, you will also see these events under your Zoom account soon after you create the event. However, in the case of a repeating OfferingTree event, you may not see the meeting on your Zoom account right away. This is because Zoom limits the number of meetings we can create for you at a given time. So we wait until someone registers for the event before creating the Zoom meeting.

You can also force us to create the meeting by opening up the "Attendees" for the class from your schedule.
