The cancellation policy is set by the organizer of the event or appointment booking. It can range from not allowing cancellations to letting you cancel yourself. In the registration confirmation email, the cancellation policy is shown below the payment information. Follow the instructions described in the email. If the instructor allows you to cancel their your registration, click on the registration details button to go to the registration detail page where you can complete the cancellation. You can alternatively get a link to your registration details page by going to the user dashboard.
On the registration detail page, you can see the cancellation policy by hovering over the text "Cancellation Policy" on a mouse-equipped computer or by pressing on the letters on a mobile device. If you are eligible to cancel the registration as described in the policy, a button will be available that you can click to cancel your registration.
