Purchase and Use A Membership

Memberships are the easiest way to stay connected to your favorite studio — pay once, and you're set to book their classes, workshops, or sessions whenever you like.

Buying a Membership

Head to your studio's website and look for a page called "Memberships" or "Packages." Each membership card shows the price, how often you'll be billed, and — right at the bottom — which classes and sessions it unlocks. Found the one you want?

Press Sign Up Now, fill in your billing name and card details, and hit Purchase. You'll get an instant on-screen confirmation plus a receipt by email.

Purchasing a Membership while Booking an Event

The studio may also allow memberships to be purchased at the time of event registrations. Choose the Membership at the time of registration and it will use the membership to book for the class at checkout.

Managing and Using Your Membership

All your memberships live in one place: your Client dashboard. You can view all your memberships there. On your provider's site, press the person drop-down menu and select "My Account".

Navigate to Memberships and here you'll be able to see all important information of your memberships:

• The Status of Your Membership (Active, Paused, Cancelled)
• Credits available (Amount or Unlimited)
• Next Payment Details (based on cycle length)
• Manage Membership: Cancel or Use on Provider's Site
• Payment Details: All payment history

Using Your Membership

Once you're a member, booking is effortless. Register for any class, workshop, or one-on-one appointment as you normally would, then choose your membership from the payment method dropdown and press Register — no card details needed.
