When will the Text Messaging Inbox be available in my country?

Currently, two-way text messaging and text message reminders are available in the following countries:

• United States (US)
• Canada (CA)
• United Kingdom (UK)

We are actively working to expand our text messaging support to other countries. However, the rollout to new regions involves navigating several factors, including:

• Local Regulations: Each country has its own specific rules and regulations regarding text messaging for businesses. We need to ensure full compliance with these regulations before we can offer the service. This process can sometimes take time as we work through the necessary legal and technical requirements.
• Messaging Costs: In some countries, the cost of sending and receiving text messages is significantly higher than in our currently supported regions. Our goal is to provide a reasonably priced solution for all our customers, and we need to carefully evaluate the messaging costs in each potential new country to ensure we can meet this goal.
