Purchase and use a Membership

Memberships provide a convenient way to subscribe to a provider's offerings and quickly register for what they offer. The first step is to purchase a subscription. From the provider's website, find the membership to which you would like to subscribe. They should be on a page called "Packages", "Memberships" or similar. The membership card will have the price and the subscription period (how often your credit card will be charged). Pay attention to which offerings the membership provides access to. This is listed at the bottom of the card. In the example below, the membership provides access to all this instructor's offerings. Press the "Buy Now" button to purchase.

This brings up a form where you can enter your credit card. Enter your billing name and credit card information and then press "Purchase".

You will receive an on-screen confirmation as well as an email.  After purchasing, you can use your membership on all the valid offerings listed. Register for events, event series, one-on-one appointments just as you would normally. You will now see a payment method drop-down where you can choose to use your membership to register. Choose your membership and then press "Register". 

To view all your purchased memberships, go to your user dashboard. On your provider's site, press the person drop-down menu and select "User Dashboard".

This will take you to your OfferingTree dashboard. All your memberships with OfferingTree providers will be shown there. Go to the memberships tab. There, you can see all the details of your purchased memberships including the next payment date. Click on the payments drop down to see all your payments for this membership. You can cancel your membership at any time by pressing the "Cancel Membership" button. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your billing period.
