An enhanced directory listing adds more features to your directory listing. You can show your class schedule, about section, links to your upcoming events and a book appointment button, right on your listing. To enable these features, you will be creating an OfferingTree account and landing page. Below are instructions how to do this. If you prefer learning by video, we have created a video of these instructions.
You should receive an email from your organization with a link to claim your directory listing. If you did not receive an email, go to OfferingTree's sign in page and enter the email you provided your organization. A new email will be sent to the entered email address.
The link in the email will bring you to a web page in your browser. For creating an enhanced listing, press the "Claim Enhanced Listing" button.
The claim button will take you to a page where your name and email will already be pre-filled. All you need to do is add a password to create your account.
You will next be taken to your OfferingTree directory listing page. On it, you can change the information that will be displayed on your public listing. First, however, you must publish your landing pages so that there is a place to show off the things you teach.
Next, simply fill out the form and you'll see the listing card change to how it will look like on the directory. Make sure to fill in the title and about me sections (required) and notice that you can show/hide your email, phone number and address. Your landing page comes with a contact form so you don't need to share this personal information. People can click on the "Contact" link and they will be directed to your contact form and our landing page. You will receive an email and can reply without giving out your email address.
It is also important that you fill in an address. By default, only the state and country are show. You can choose to show the specific address. Regardless, the address is used so that people can find you by location in the location search entry in the directory listing.
After pressing the "Save" button, your directory listing will be updated. You can add your class schedule and enable appointment scheduling on your OfferingTree site. When added, your upcoming classes and book appointment button will show up in your directory listing automatically.
