Sometimes you need to register someone for a class. What if the person has a package or membership and would like to use it to pay for the class? You can achieve this easily through your admin website. Simply go to the 'roster' section, click on the scheduled class and then press the 'Add Registration' button.
This brings up a windows where you can enter the client's name and email. Make sure you enter the email they used to create their OfferingTree account (and used to purchase their package or membership). Press continue. The system will pull the client packages and memberships under that client's email.
This brings up a registration windows where you should see the client's packages and memberships in the payment method dropdown. If the client email you entered previously doesn't have any packages and memberships relevant for this event, no packages and memberships will show up in the dropdown. You will still be able to register them using a credit card or by pressing the 'Pay later' checkbox (this will skip payment).
That is all there is to it. It's convenient and easy to register people using their own packages and memberships.
